For reasons of safety and privacy, Henlow Bridge Lakes do not allow the flying of any kind of drone or UAV within our property without the explicit permission of the site management.
Any commercial drone operators will be expected to show proof of Public Liability Insurance and the required Permission for Commercial Operations (PfCO) documentation and may not fly without the explicit permission of the site management.
Photographs taken with UAV's may not be published for commercial use without the explicit permission of the site management and must have relevant releases.
ANPR
In order to operate our Automatic Number Plate Recognition system, Henlow Bridge Lakes assume that all visitors, contractors, tradesmen, staff and guests to any part of our site including the Nursery and Hairdressers agree to the collection of all publicly visible vehicle number plate information. This information will be used on our ANPR database for the purpose of entry and exit permissions. Failure to agree to this policy will mean you or your vehicle will be declined access to this private property.
All ANPR information will only be stored and used for a limited time and then deleted.
